These services are intended for users in Myanmar and comply with local laws and app store regulations (Google Play and Apple App Store).
By using any City Order app, you agree to this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
City Order provides a platform for customers to order food, restaurant owners to receive and manage orders, and delivery personnel to deliver food. The platform includes advertising and messaging services. City Order is not liable for user or restaurant owner errors. Accurate data entry is the user’s responsibility.
City Order collects the following data:
Full name
Phone number
NRC (for age verification)
Address
Order details
Messaging content (for communication between users, restaurants, and drivers)
Device ID
IP address
App version
Operating system
Used for order location accuracy, delivery tracking, and displaying relevant ads.
Handled securely via third-party processors. We do not store payment card data.
Details of past and current orders for service improvement.
Restaurant-created ads (images or videos) and user interaction data (e.g., views, clicks) to optimize ad relevance.

City Order does not sell your data. We share limited data with:
Restaurants (to fulfill orders and display ads)
Delivery drivers (to deliver orders)
Legal authorities (if required by law)
Third-party ad analytics providers (anonymized data only)
City Order apps request location access:
City Order App: Locates nearby restaurants, delivery zones, and displays relevant ads.
City Delivery App: Enables real-time delivery tracking (foreground service required).
City Restaurant App: Sets delivery zones and ad targeting areas.
Users are notified when location access is required and may revoke access via device settings. Location data is used temporarily and securely.
City Delivery App: Uses foreground services for continuous location tracking during delivery, displaying a persistent notification. Required for optimal performance and only active during delivery tasks.
City Order App: May use foreground services for location-based ad delivery (e.g., showing nearby restaurant ads).
City Order, City Delivery, and City Restaurant Apps: Request notification permissions to alert users of new messages.
Messages are stored securely and accessible only to relevant parties (e.g., customer, restaurant, or driver).
Users can manage notification settings via device settings.
Restaurants can create ads (images or videos) via the City Restaurant App, displayed in the City Order App.
Ads are tailored based on user location and preferences, using anonymized data.
No third-party advertising networks are used. All ads are created and managed by City Order or its restaurant partners.
Users can provide feedback on ads via in-app support.
City Order apps use analytics to track usage patterns and ad performance.
No third-party advertising cookies are used.
Users can opt out of non-essential analytics via app settings.
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures for all data, including messages and ad content. No system is completely secure, but we strive to protect your data. Users can request access or deletion of their data by contacting support.
Users must be of legal age to purchase alcohol or tobacco.
Age verification via NRC may be required at delivery.
Orders may be denied if verification fails.
These products are not advertised or promoted in the app or via the advertising service.
All trademarks, logos, images, videos, and branding, including restaurant ads, are the property of City Order Company or respective third parties. Unauthorized use is prohibited and subject to legal action.
Violate laws or regulations
Impersonate others or falsify information
Post harmful, defamatory, or inappropriate content (including in messages or ads)
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app, messaging, or ad services
City Order may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Users must verify order details before submitting.
Incomplete or incorrect orders are the user’s responsibility.
Special requests may not be fulfilled due to operational limits.
Orders can be cancelled before preparation begins.
Repeated cancellations or suspicious behavior may result in restrictions.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or demand.
Accurate address and contact information are required.
No refunds for undelivered orders due to customer error.
All prices are in Thai Baht (THB).
Food prices match restaurant prices.
A flat delivery fee (e.g., 30 THB) may apply.
Advertising services for restaurants may incur separate fees, managed via the City Restaurant App.
City Order apps integrate:
Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, notifications)
Google Maps (location and route guidance)
Payment gateways (secure payment processing)
Ad analytics tools (for restaurant ad performance) These services comply with data privacy standards and may collect data per their privacy policies.
City Order apps are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Parents or guardians can contact us to request data deletion if necessary.
